The Fillion you are ordering is the exact one pictured in this listing (scroll the list to see different available Fillions). All of these are TINY Fillion sized (3.5" x 3.5" notebooks) They come with inserts made of various papers, see Details tab for more info.

The outside dimensions approximately 3.5" by 3.5" so a little smaller than a wallet.
The Tiny Fillion is a Trifold. Each Tiny comes with unbound (meaning they are not sewn together like traditional notebooks) multimedia and watercolor papers and a few fun paper surprises. The approximate surface for writing/drawing/painting is 3"by 3".
Each tiny Fillion ALSO comes with a template so that you can easily cut new papers of your choosing and refill your Fillion! So as you empty your sketchbook, you can take your favorite paper and simply trace our template with an exacto knife or trace with a pencil and cut with scissors.... Fold and put back in the tiny Fillion.
Some of these are pictured without inserts, but they will include them when they are shipped out.
